Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Pen Point Technologies Inc. ("Pen Point," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website, submit a form, request information, purchase or lease our products, or otherwise interact with us.
By using our website or submitting your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you fill out a form on our site, request a quote or demo, or communicate with us, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name
- Phone number
- Mailing address
- Information about your business (such as current monthly mailing volume)
- Any other information you choose to provide
Payment information. If you purchase or lease a product, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full credit card or bank account numbers on our own systems. We may retain transaction records such as the amount, date, and the last four digits of a card.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar usage data, including through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your requests for information, pricing, and demos
- Provide, operate, and improve our products and services
- Process and fulfill orders, leases, and payments
- Communicate with you, including by email, newsletters, direct mail, and phone calls — including calls placed using live agents and calls placed using an artificial or prerecorded voice or automated technology
- Send marketing and promotional communications about our products and services
- Manage our customer relationships and maintain records in our CRM
- Analyze website usage and improve our marketing and site performance
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
Consent to be contacted. By submitting your information through our website, you consent to be contacted by Pen Point Technologies at the email address, mailing address, and phone number you provide, including by automated technology and artificial or prerecorded voice for calls. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time (see Section 7).
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as our CRM provider (HubSpot), payment processor (Stripe), email and marketing platforms, calling and communications providers (including AI-assisted calling services), and analytics providers.
- Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors.
- Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Legal and safety reasons — when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect our rights, or protect the safety of any person.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the site functions.
Analytics and advertising partners. We use Google tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics) and Microsoft Clarity to measure site usage and ad performance. We also use Meta Platforms technologies — the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API — to measure our marketing and to show you ads for our products on Facebook and Instagram based on your visit to our sites (often called "retargeting"). These technologies may collect identifiers such as cookie IDs (for example _fbp and _fbc), ad-click identifiers (for example gclid and fbclid), IP address, browser information, and the pages you view. Where we send contact details (such as an email address) to Meta to measure whether our ads led to an inquiry, those details are hashed before transmission and Meta is contractually limited in how it may use them.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain our customer relationship, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and the right to opt out of certain processing.
Residents of certain U.S. states (such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and others with comprehensive privacy laws) may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels (such as the Meta Pixel described in Section 4) may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or "targeted advertising" under some state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time:
- Global Privacy Control: our sites honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. When your browser sends GPC, we disable the Meta Pixel for your visit and suppress Meta Conversions API sharing for information you submit during that visit.
- Email: send "Opt Out of Targeted Advertising" to support@penpointtech.com and we will suppress your information from our advertising audiences (including Meta and Google audiences).
- Industry tools: you can also opt out of interest-based advertising generally at aboutads.info/choices, and control ad preferences inside your Facebook or Instagram settings.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@penpointtech.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
7. Your Communication Choices
- Email: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message.
- Phone calls: You can ask us to stop calling you, and we will honor that request. You may also register your number on the National Do Not Call Registry, though you may still receive calls from us based on your prior consent and existing business relationship until you opt out with us directly.
- Direct mail: You can ask us to remove you from our mailing list by contacting us.
To opt out of any communications, contact us at support@penpointtech.com or (800) 556-8801.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
